Growing Together in 2026...

What began as a modest volunteer effort now brings together hundreds of people each year in Johns Creek to plant daffodils — nearly 100,000 bulbs to date — creating waves of golden blooms every spring that symbolize renewal, resilience, and community pride.

What is Daffodils4Hope?​
​

Daffodils4Hope brings our community together by planting thousands of daffodils across Johns Creek.


These golden spring blooms stand as living symbols of hope, renewal, and resilience — honoring survivorship, remembering loved ones, and celebrating the power of compassion.

 

Through volunteer planting events like the Dig Day Celebration and neighborhood and local business participation, Daffodils4Hope continues to brighten our city by weaving a living ribbon of hope and togetherness. 

The Daffodil Trail at Cauley Creek Park
​

In partnership with the City of Johns Creek, Johns Creek Beautification is growing the Daffodil Trail at Cauley Creek Park.

 

This vibrant living art — created by our community volunteers — will form a golden corridor of daffodils along the 5K trail. Tens of thousands of bulbs will be planted over time within the park’s natural spaces, painting the landscape each spring with waves of hope and renewal.

The Dig Day Celebration - Grow the Daffodil Trail with us!
October 10, 2026 @ 9 AM - Cauley Creek Park

This fall, Johns Creek Beautification invites you to the Daffodils4Hope Dig Day Celebration — a joyful day where volunteers from across the community come together to plant thousands of daffodil bulbs.

  • Date: Saturday, October 10, 2026

  • Location: Cauley Creek Park (near the 5K staging area)

  • Sign-in: Starts at 9 AM

  • What to Bring: Gloves, knee pads, and a trowel (limited quantities available on site).
    **Please also bring a signed parental consent waiver if any children are attending without a parent or guardian.**

This family-friendly event welcomes individuals, families, students, businesses, and civic groups who want to make a lasting impact. By planting daffodils that will bloom every spring, participants help create waves of beauty and hope throughout Johns Creek.


What to Expect:

  • Light breakfast refreshments will be provided

  • Trowels, gloves, and knee pads are available in limited quantities — please bring your own if possible

Volunteer at the Dig Day Celebration

Our 2025 Growth

Johns Creek Beautification

In 2025, D4H successfully planted an additional 10,000 daffodils in collaboration with the City of Johns Creek, Johns Creek Beautification, and our incredible community partners and friends. This brought the program’s citywide total to 72,250 daffodils planted across 29 community locations, including Cauley Creek Park.

On Saturday, October 25, 2025, we hosted our Community-Wide Annual Dig Day Event, with 10,000 daffodils planted across several key community sites: Cauley Creek Park, Haynes Bridge Animal Hospital, City Barbecue Johns Creek, Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Johns Creek Presbyterian Preschool, Oxford Mill Homeowners Association, and Farmbrook Homeowners Association. The day represented not only the beauty of spring blooms but also our shared commitment to supporting those impacted by cancer.

Volunteers & Sponsors
This year’s event brought together more than 100 volunteers from groups including Northview High School Beta Club, Lambert High School Beta Club, the Young Men’s Service League, the Ismaili Civic Group, Autrey Mill Middle School, Lowe’s, and dedicated community members. Their collective effort continues to make Daffodils4Hope a symbol of unity, hope, and community spirit throughout Johns Creek.
