Special Guest Speakers:

Ashley Frasca
Ashley has been a staple at WSB Radio in Atlanta for nearly 13 years. Her Saturday morning garden show is one of the newest shows on 95.5 WSB and is a must-listen in Georgia and beyond for those who want to be successful with their lawn, landscape or garden!
Ashley served as producer for the "Lawn & Garden Show" under Walter Reeves for 8 years, and all she learned from her friend in that time has proved invaluable! Her show covers garden basics, expert interviews, features from around town, and garden questions from listeners. You can also hear Ashley reporting on Atlanta traffic each morning across three different Cox Media Group stations in Atlanta!

Mark Hoban
Mark Hoban, Golf Course Superintendent, has focused on sustainable methods for more than 15 years to create a healthy and beautiful environment that requires fewer fungicides and inorganic and synthetic fertilizers. Native grasses and pollinator gardens on and around the course that do not require irrigation now frame the golf turfs at Rivermont and promote bee, butterfly and wildlife habitats. Mark has worked in partnership with researchers from UGA about his innovative practices, incorporating a 10 hive apiary, worm farm, compost extract and thermal composting. Mark is the first superintendent to achieve Audubon certification in the six Southeastern states.
